Refectory

The Refectory is open from Monday to Saturday:open until 4.30 p.m. from Monday 31 March (summer hours)

November to March 9.30 a.m. until 3.30 p.m.
April to October 9.30 a.m. until 4.30 p.m.

The Refectory is the Cathedral's restaurant and serves coffees, teas, home-made scones and cakes, Suffolk fruit drinks and ice creams. Main meals and salad lunches, including vegetarian dishes, are served from 12 noon until 2.00 p.m. The Walled Garden, with benches and tables, is open during the summer season.

The Refectory caters for group bookings and special functions. Up to 100 people may be accommodated for lunches, dinners, receptions (including wedding receptions), buffets, breakfast meetings and Christmas parties.
