Who's Who - The Refectory Manager The Refectory is the Cathedral's restaurant and is open from Monday to Saturday. The Refectory is run by St Edmundsbury Cathedral Enterprises Ltd. The Manager oversees a staff of cooks, waiting and serving staff and caters for the general public, for gatherings after major services in the Cathedral and for private events.
