Railway Club

The Railway Club started as a joke - "steamy videos in the Cathedral basement"! But about forty people come and enjoy an evening of railway videos, usually with a theme. We have journeyed through Scotland, climbed Welsh mountains on narrow gauge, dug the Victoria Line, and celebrated the life of Isambard Kingdom Brunel. One group spent a day in London early in 2006 and enjoyed a guided tour of the Thames Tunnel. All are welcome to our evenings, and they are free - with a pot for donations. And you don't have to be male to come!
