Childrens Society

The Children's Society is a national organisation helping children and young people face the tough challenges of life. In the 125 th year of the Society, there are still many challenges to face. In Bury St Edmunds, a small group of volunteers helps raise the profile of the Society and raise funds for it. Our biggest event is the annual Carols by Candlelight - usually the last Saturday before Christmas - when the Cathedral is full and all the choirs join together for a musical celebration.
